To use our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller using our POS and business management system, you agree to:

Only sell legal and permitted products
Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
Maintain adequate inventory levels
Process orders and manage stock promptly
Provide excellent customer service
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer using our platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate shipping and delivery information
Communicate respectfully with sellers
Not engage in fraudulent activities

6. Payments and Fees

Our platform facilitates secure payment processing. Transaction fees and pricing plans are detailed on our Pricing page. All payments are processed securely through integrated payment providers.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your business data. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

All content on this platform, including software, logos, designs, and text, is the property of Samaritan Market. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

Samaritan Market is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Actions of third-party sellers or buyers
Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
